STORED HOT WATER SOLUTIONS
We supply and fit unvented hot water systems, which allow you to have high pressure hot water at all your outlets, giving you better flow and choice of taps and showers. These cylinders use the pressure from the cold water main coming in to the building to create the pressure, instead of the traditional tank in the loft and gravity. This high pressure means more taps can be used at any one time.
UNDERFLOOR HEATING
Underfloor heating systems are extremely comfortable and controllable, with radiators no longer needed giving more room space. Underfloor heating gently warms the air above, eliminating cold spots.
It has also made it possible to reduce energy consumption by using low water temperatures, which is something The Green Partnership are passionate about.
When combined with a heat pump the heating system can be nearly 40% more efficient then conventional radiator systems.
LANDLORD CERTIFICATIONS
A gas safety check must be carried out at least every 12 months on every relevant gas appliance and relevant chimney/flue owned by the landlord and provided for the tenant to use.
For new appliances, an annual check must be carried out within 12 months of installation.
